2. Products & Availability

• All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

• Images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly in design, color, or decoration due to handmade nature.

• Seasonal availability, ingredients, and packaging may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order using available payment methods.

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email/SMS.

• Once an order is placed, cancellation or modification may not be allowed, especially for same-day or customized orders.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery issues. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

5. Delivery Policy

• Delivery dates and time slots are tentative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable conditions.

• Same-day or fixed-time delivery is subject to service availability and additional charges, if applicable.

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address details may result in delayed or failed delivery, for which we are not responsible.

• If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be attempted once or as per company policy.

6. No Return & Refund Policy

• Since chocolates and cakes are perishable items, returns are not accepted.

• Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product at the time of delivery

  • Quality issues (must be reported within 2–4 hours of delivery with photos)

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

7. Custom Orders

• Custom-designed cakes or chocolates are prepared as per customer instructions.

• Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

• Minor variations in design or color are normal and acceptable.

8. Food Safety & Allergens

• Our products may contain or come in contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or other allergens.

• Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability before placing an order.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions.

9. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate personal, contact, and delivery details.

• Any misuse of the website, including fraudulent transactions, may result in account suspension or legal action.
