1. No Return Policy

  • Chocolates, cakes, and bakery products are perishable items and cannot be returned once delivered.

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect order placed by the customer.


2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product damaged during delivery

  • Product is stale, spoiled, or has quality issues at the time of delivery

📌 Important: Issues must be reported within 2–4 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Delay caused by traffic, weather, festivals, or unavoidable circumstances

  • Minor design, color, or decoration variations (especially for handmade/custom cakes)

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the delivery partner

  • Customised or personalized cakes once prepared


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, especially same-day or customized orders.
